Terms of Service

Updated and effective August 22, 2026

1. Acceptance and Service Scope

By downloading, installing, using, or purchasing this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App. The App provides local dynamic verification codes, a Password, password generation, isolated web sessions in Site Spaces, linked passwords and verification codes, backup, transfer, and membership features. You may manage only accounts, keys, passwords, websites, and data that you own or are legally authorized to use.

2. Responsibility for Local Security Tools

Setup keys, passwords, API keys, transfer QR codes, and backup files may grant access to third-party accounts or data. You are responsible for confirming entered settings, keeping service recovery codes, protecting the device and backup passwords, and verifying that a recovery method works before deleting an account, uninstalling the App, clearing data, or changing devices. The password generator supplies random candidates only; it does not guarantee that a website will accept a format and does not replace that website's security policy, breach monitoring, or account-recovery process.

3. Site Spaces and Isolated Web Sessions

An app space is an on-device web container built with system WebKit. It is not a VPN, proxy, anonymizing browser, anti-tracking tool, or full desktop browser. Isolation separates cookies, caches, and local storage by app entry where supported, but does not prevent a website from identifying you through an account, IP address, device characteristics, cookie synchronization, or other means. Persistent and temporary session behavior depends on the iOS version and WebKit. A third-party website may block embedded sign-in, require its official app, change its pages, or terminate a session, so the App cannot guarantee permanent sign-in, multiple sessions for every service, or full compatibility with every site.

Linked usernames, passwords, and verification codes are displayed or copied locally only when you request them and are not automatically submitted. Check the destination domain before pasting or submitting information, protect yourself from phishing, and comply with the visited website's terms and policies.

4. Deletion, Backup, and Transfer

Deleting an app entry or space also requests removal of its related on-device website data. Delete All Data removes local records and this App's Keychain items. System components perform website-data deletion asynchronously. Exported backups, QR images in Photos, cloud-drive files, clipboard copies, and content already submitted to third parties are not automatically deleted. We cannot recover a forgotten backup password. Website cookies, caches, and sign-in sessions are not included in backup or transfer. Compare record counts and code validity after a restore or transfer and retain service recovery codes when appropriate.

5. Membership Plans

The actual plan name, benefits, price, currency, billing period, tax, and trial eligibility are those displayed in the App and on Apple's purchase-confirmation screen. Apple alone determines trial eligibility. Lifetime membership does not include separately released apps, external paid services, or independent products expressly offered separately in the future.

6. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Apple charges your Apple Account after confirmation. Unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, a renewing plan will ordinarily charge the next period within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel the subscription under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Access ordinarily continues until the paid period ends. A free trial converts to a paid subscription at the price on the purchase-confirmation screen unless canceled before the trial ends.

7. Restore, Refunds, and Entitlement Status

Using the same Apple Account used for purchase, Restore Purchases can restore an active subscription or lifetime membership and requires access to the App Store. Apple handles refunds, revocations, Family Sharing, billing disputes, and subscription status under its policies. We cannot obtain your Apple Account password or directly modify, cancel, or refund an Apple transaction. Membership access may end if a transaction expires, is revoked or refunded, or its receipt cannot be validated. When briefly offline, the App may first use cached entitlement status and then apply Apple's validation result when connectivity returns.

8. Third-Party Websites, Names, and Content

Built-in website templates, service names, icons, and logos are provided only to help identify and open third-party services. Their trademarks and content belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or agency. The relevant operator is responsible for a third-party website's content, accounts, transactions, privacy practices, availability, and security. You must not use the App to access another person's account without authorization, bypass security controls, commit fraud, distribute malicious content, infringe intellectual property, interfere with a service, or violate applicable law.

9. Availability, Disclaimers, and Liability

We use reasonable efforts to maintain local algorithms, data security, and system compatibility, but cannot guarantee that every QR format, third-party platform, browser flow, device-time setting, network environment, or compatible app will always work. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Responsibility for losses caused by incorrect configuration, inaccurate device time, website changes, phishing pages, missing recovery codes, forgotten backup passwords, unsafe sharing, or third-party conduct will be determined by the facts and applicable law. These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Service and Terms Changes

We may update the App and these Terms because of feature changes, system compatibility, security needs, third-party platform changes, or applicable law. Material changes may be communicated through release notes, an in-App notice, or another appropriate method. The revised Terms apply from the stated date; if you disagree, stop using the affected features.
